Description
In "Cinderella" a young woman's stepmother and stepsisters force her to sleep in the ashes and do all the housework when her father is away, but with the help of her friend, the white dove, she is able to attend the prince's ball. In "King Thrushbeard" a king becomes fed up with his daughter Constance's rejection of every suitor and marries her off to a poor minstrel.
