Description
The Canadian Government offers to give an Iceberg, which can be turned into drinking water, to Empire City in the wake of a terrible heatwave. The C.O.P.S. are sent to help Yukon, a Canadian Mountie, escort the Iceberg. Big Boss attempts to steal the Iceberg and hold it for ransom. Yukon proves himself to be a valuable ally to C.O.P.S., as he helps defeat the crooks and bring the iceberg to the needy citizens of Empire City.
